London Transport

London has a large and reliable public transport network connecting all residential areas — including homestays and student accommodations — to CES London in Wimbledon, as well as to central London.

Transport Options and Services

CES London is located in Wimbledon, which is connected by several major transport services:

Transport services in London are clean, safe, and run frequently throughout the day.

Most homestays are located around 30–45 minutes from the school by public transport.
On your first day, your homestay will explain:

• Which Tube, bus, or train you should take
  
  

• Where your nearest stations or bus stops are
  
  

• How to get to and from CES London (Wimbledon)
  
  

If another route is faster or more convenient, please speak to your Group Leader and the CES London team — we will help you choose the best option.

Tickets for Groups

Groups are advised to purchase a Zones 1–4 Travelcard.
This ticket allows unlimited travel:

• Between homestays and CES London (Wimbledon)
  
  

• Around Wimbledon
  
  

• To and from central London
  
  

• For journeys included in the social activity programme
  
  

A Zones 1–4 Travelcard will cover almost all transport used by students and Group Leaders.
